Endoscopes and Process

In an era of tightening regulations, FlushControl is built to maintain strict IFU requirements while providing strict traceability for audit peace of mind. FlushControl can integrate directly into the EndoscopeManager cloud platform.

FlushControl Blockage detected

Safety First!
Automatic Blockage Detection

By closely monitoring flow per channel, FlushControl easily detects any channel blockages. On top of that, FlushControl can be set up with a borescope to immediately assess the blockage. This prevents endoscope with blockages from going into the washer/disinfector.

How we Leak test

FlushControl pressurizes your endoscope and checks for a decrease in pressure over time. The test duration is automatically set for 60 or 120 seconds, depending on if you're testing a large or small endoscope. This can also be set manually but is set to auto detect by default.

If a leak is found, FlushControl will alert the operator and keep the scope pressurized until the operator takes the scope from the water bath and stops the test.
