Visual feedback

The image feature shows images made during measurement on the attached display and stores these in the cloud for visual feedback to support evaluation and reporting.
By using the test and measurement details, information about the performance of the endoscopes under test can be monitored to present history and trend analyses.

LightControl stores all details for later use in reports, and in a dedicated management and quality reporting

Detailed Reporting

All endoscope measurements and test results are stored in a database for reporting and management purposes.
The reporting engine is designed to build and run reports based on pre-set filters and selections, presenting the details required for dedicated test and measurement reporting.

History and management reports can be generated to secure quality management. Reports can be viewed on your screen or exported to various formats, including API, to be used in documentation.

Further automated processes can easily be set up. For instance, if an endoscope fails, the report is automatically sent to your repair firm via email.

Snapshot

Snapshot images are taken during the measurement to present the defects in rod lenses.
This provides additional feedback to the operator and can be used during management reporting.

Snapshots from previous endoscope measurements can be used for specific quality evaluations. For repair and replacement reporting, snapshot provides confirmation about defects and affected quality.

Endoscope Testing

Up to 6 automated test and measurement parameters.
Each parameter is designed to verify a specific element and provides detailed feedback on quality and usability.
By using LightControl, endoscopes are tested under the same conditions and preset specifications every time.

Lense Fracture measures whether one or more internal lenses have a fracture.

FB - Light fibers

Light fibers are measured in Lux and based on light emission.

LT - Light Transmission

Light transmission is measured against its manufacturer's reference value.

FC - Focus

Focus is measured in relation to a set reference stored in the testing device.

CC - Colour Correctness

With Colour correction, the deviation is measured in relation to its reference value.
